No, fingerprinting is not included in the class cost. (A fingerprinting service is available onsite for an additional fee)
Handguns can Not be brought to HQL or CCW classroom trainings. However, they can be taken to the gun range.
Training lengths vary by class. See Training Sessions under Register for Class for specific details.
After completing all MD state application requirements, the state has 90 - 120 days to conduct all checks and interviews before determining if the permit shall be issued.
